Hands-on machine learning

Combining maker tech with cardboard creations opens opportunities for impactful learning experiences. In this example from Colleen, the power supply and hardware for the micro:bit have been installed in a friendly looking cardboard robot.

The students then have the challenge of training their robot and bringing its personality to life by using entry-level coding and machine learning. This is all made possible thanks to the micro:bit CreateAI resources.

Here we can see the micro:bit and power supply connected to the robot using cardboard and Makedo Scrus. For a more refined outcome, there is also the option of 3D printed micro:bit accessories.
